Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and accurately process incoming merchandise and shipments.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient inventory retrieval and visual standards.
- Replenish the sales floor and execute markdowns, transfers and backstock moves as directed.
- Support inventory control through cycle counts, stock reconciliations and discrepancy reporting.
- Assist sales team with product pulls, special requests and floor set changes.
- Maintain loss-prevention, safety and housekeeping standards in the stockroom and receiving area.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and boxes regularly; physical stamina for stockroom duties.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow directional and task-based instructions.
- Previous retail, stockroom or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Experience
Previous experience in retail stockroom, receiving or warehouse operations is preferred; candidates with transferable retail or logistics experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
