Role & Responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement and deliver an elevated in-store experience
- Execute operational tasks with excellence, including merchandise organization and visual compliance
- Process inventory shipments accurately and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain organized, stocked selling floor according to visual directives
- Support inventory counts and communicate business needs to management
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities to achieve productivity goals
- Drive omni-channel sales by utilizing available tools and technology
- Collaborate with management on strategies to maximize store sales results
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Flexibility to work variable hours including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
