Michael Kors seeks a Temporary Seasonal Stock Associate in Enna (part‑time 20h) to manage deliveries, inventory and in‑store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support all stockroom and back‑of‑house activities, including processing deliveries, transfers and replenishment to the sales floor.
- Execute regular cycle counts and bi‑annual inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
- Operate loss‑prevention protocols, detect early signs of shrinkage and report concerns to store leadership.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues, visual merchandising and store management to uphold brand presentation and optimal product assortment.
- Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor when required, assisting customers and helping resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Contribute to store KPIs by ensuring operational excellence and sharing stock insights to support planning and sales objectives.
- Model company values and demonstrate professionalism, follow‑through and accountability in daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stockroom, inventory control or back‑of‑house retail operations.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to maintain focus in a fast‑paced retail environment.

- Comfortable using retail technology and handheld devices to support sales and operational processes.

Experience
