Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
- Execute inventory management protocols in both stockroom and selling floor environments
- Manage shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established company policies and documentation requirements
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as directed
- Operate point-of-sale systems in compliance with company procedures and execute all relevant register functions
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain consistent attendance
- Attend required training sessions, development programs, and team meetings conducted by store management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers using client management tools
- Support store management in achieving merchandising and operational objectives
