Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom standards: organization, cleanliness and full replenishment of merchandise
- Execute shipping, receiving and inventory-handling protocols accurately and efficiently
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to visual and operational standards
- Support the sales team by preparing inventory, processing transfers and assisting with customer needs when required
- Drive omnichannel fulfilment by using available tools and technologies to complete pick/pack, ship and return processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to prioritise the client experience
- Energetic, adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale, inventory and omnichannel tools
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak periods

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrated competence in stockroom operations and customer-facing support.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
