Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stock room.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols and manage incoming/outgoing inventory accurately.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail while demonstrating flexibility.
- Sustain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
- Support the selling team with inventory needs and prioritise an elevated customer experience.
- Drive omnichannel sales by employing available tools and technologies to fulfil customer orders.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
- Organized and technologically savvy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow established shipping, receiving and stockroom procedures.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience, preferably in a high-volume or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
