Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom in a neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Manage inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor, ensuring accuracy and proper rotation
- Execute all shipping and receiving protocols, handle related documentation, and ensure compliance with policies
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits
- Operate point-of-sale systems and execute all register functions correctly
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using client management tools
- Maintain consistent attendance and adherence to the assigned work schedule
- Attend all mandatory training, development seminars, and store meetings as directed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
