Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with company standards
- Execute daily stock, shipping, and receiving operations, including complete documentation and protocol compliance
- Process merchandise damages and inventory discrepancies on a monthly basis with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct merchandise receiving, processing, and proper display to ensure timely delivery to selling floor
- Participate in full and cyclical inventory counts and related audit procedures
- Operate point-of-sale systems in compliance with all policies and execute register functions accurately
- Communicate stockroom supply needs and product concerns to store management proactively
- Support merchandising directives and visual standards to maintain selling floor presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries related to stock availability and product location
- Maintain attendance and punctuality in accordance with assigned schedule
Qualifications
- 2 years of retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain inventory systems
- Proficiency with point-of-sale technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise regularly
