Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise in neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
- Manage all inventory in the stockroom, ensuring proper organization and safety protocols
- Execute daily stock, shipping, and receiving tasks in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Process and complete merchandise damage documentation monthly with accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems and execute register functions correctly
- Communicate store supply requirements and product concerns to management
- Ensure timely processing of merchandise deliveries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and merchandising directives
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain consistent attendance
Qualifications
- 2 years of retail experience
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise regularly
