Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, ensuring inventory is merchandised to brand visual standards.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols accurately, including processing incoming deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail, including replenishment, tagging and inventory counts.
- Support the selling team by prioritising customer experience while fulfilling operational needs and floor requests.
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available digital tools and systems to fulfil client orders and support buy-online/pick-up-in-store activity.
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual standards are upheld throughout the business day.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience.
- Customer-service focused with a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
- Energetic, motivated and results-driven with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised and technologically comfortable with retail systems and omnichannel processes.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal higher education not required for this role.
