Michael Kors — Part-time Stock Associate (24h) in Enna, Italy. Support deliveries, inventory control and in-store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and reconcile deliveries and transfers in accordance with brand procedures.
- Maintain inventory integrity through daily replenishment, cycle counts and scheduled audits.
- Support floor operations with timely stock replenishment and preserve merchandising standards.
- Identify and report early signs of stock loss; prioritise loss-prevention measures and escalation.
- Collaborate with store colleagues, visual merchandisers and store leadership to optimise assortment and presentation.
- Provide a visible back-of-house presence while supporting customer service needs on the sales floor.
- Contribute operational insights and support achievement of sales KPIs through accurate stock management.
Qualifications
- Experience in stockroom, receiving or other back-of-house retail operations.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Solution-oriented, team-first attitude with ability to follow established processes.
- Comfort with retail technology and basic data entry to support inventory and sales systems.
- Awareness of loss-prevention best practices and ability to escalate concerns promptly.
- Physical ability to handle stock movements safely (lifting, carrying, prolonged standing).
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in stockroom or back-of-house retail operations is required; experience within fashion or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
