Michael Kors Stock Associate position in Paris, France – part-time back-of-house role managing inventory, stock operations, and retail logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team through management and follow-up of all stock-related tasks, including deliveries and inventory control
- Work collaboratively as part of the store team, providing support to colleagues and demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism
- Maintain floor and stock presence while leading by example in adherence to brand standards
- Support the line manager to ensure all client problems and complaints are resolved efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales goals while holding self and team accountable for results
- Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following brand guidelines
- Ensure inventory integrity through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts
- Prioritize loss prevention by taking swift action on early indications of shrinkage and communicating with management
- Collaborate with visual merchandising responsible parties to implement and maintain all merchandising directives
- Partner with store management to ensure appropriate product assortment and analyze reports to develop action plans

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail back-of-house environment, stock management, or inventory control is preferred. Familiarity with fast-paced luxury or fashion retail operations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or operations training is beneficial but not required.
