Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom according to company standards
- Process high volumes of incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately
- Execute all shipping and receiving procedures in accordance with company protocols
- Replenish merchandise quickly to support business needs and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the store
- Partner with selling team to ensure merchandise availability and customer needs are met
- Support omnichannel fulfillment utilizing available technology and inventory management tools
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail, stock, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
