Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise in a neat, organized, and adequately stocked condition
- Manage inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor, ensuring accuracy and proper placement
- Execute all stock, shipping, and receiving protocols and complete related paperwork
- Participate in store-wide inventory counts and cycle counts
- Comply with Point of Sale policies and procedures, executing all relevant register functions
- Provide elevated customer service and build repeat clientele through personal client relationships
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Adhere to assigned work schedule and maintain punctuality
- Participate in training, development seminars, and team meetings as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems
