Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols in accordance with company policies.
- Perform stock tasks with speed and accuracy, replenishing merchandise and preparing product for sales floor.
- Sustain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the day to uphold brand presentation.
- Support the selling team with business needs while prioritizing an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available retail tools and technology.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience.
- Customer-service focused with a strong orientation to delivering results.
- Energetic, motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Technologically savvy and organized; comfortable using retail systems and handheld devices.
- Flexible, collaborative team player who supports store operations and sales objectives.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience, preferably in apparel, accessories or luxury retail; experience supporting store operations and stockroom functions is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
