Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom.
- Execute shipping, receiving and inventory control protocols accurately and efficiently.
- Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience while handling back-of-house tasks.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to visual and cleanliness standards throughout the day.
- Drive omnichannel fulfilment by using available tools and technology to support online and in-store orders.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant retail experience.
- Customer-service focused with the ability to support floor staff and shoppers professionally.
- Energetic, motivated and results-oriented.
- Technologically savvy and well organized.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1+ year of relevant retail experience, including stockroom duties, shipping/receiving and supporting sales teams; experience with omnichannel retail operations preferred.
