Michael Kors Stock Associate part-time role in Noventa di Piave, Italy. Manage inventory, support sales, and ensure retail operations excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team through management and follow-up of all stock-related tasks, including deliveries and inventory control
- Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example and supporting colleagues within the store
- Process deliveries and transfers properly according to Brand guidelines, ensuring integrity of inventory control through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts
- Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, communicating early indications of any loss with the Line Manager
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising leadership to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies
- Support the team and line manager to resolve all client problems and complaints with positive communication
- Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable for results
- Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Track and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager support, driving sales and product needs
- Partner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment and take accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a Brand Ambassador

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail operations, stock management, or inventory control within a luxury retail or outlet environment is preferred. Familiarity with fast-paced, multi-outlet retail networks is advantageous.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; further retail-specific certifications or training are valued.

This position is based in Noventa di Piave, Veneto, Italy, within easy reach of Venice.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 26,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
