Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all stock items in the stockroom and on the selling floor to ensure accessibility for sales associates
- Provide exceptional support to the retail team by ensuring inventory is systematically arranged and readily available
- Perform operational tasks with precision and efficiency to uphold store standards
- Collaborate with store management to identify innovative approaches for optimizing operational performance
- Utilize inventory management software and available store technology to execute operational processes accurately
- Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and protocols within the stockroom environment
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with inventory management software systems
- Comprehensive understanding of proper stockroom safety procedures and protocols
- Capability to maintain composure and perform effectively under pressure
- English language proficiency
