Role & Responsibilities

- Drive omnichannel sales by using store technology and available retail tools to fulfill orders and process returns.
- Ensure daily cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to support sales teams during peak periods.
- Energetic, motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and inventory processes.
Experience
At least one year of retail, stockroom or logistics experience, preferably in apparel or luxury retail environments; experience supporting omnichannel operations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or coursework in retail, logistics or fashion is a plus.
