Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments and vendor deliveries.
- Prepare and document transfers to other stores and locations.
- Organize, stock and maintain an orderly, secure stockroom; ensure merchandise is labeled and stored according to brand standards.
- Replenish the sales floor promptly to maintain merchandising presentation and product availability.
- Assist sales associates in retrieving merchandise and supporting client requests from the stockroom.
- Support inventory counts, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Adhere to health & safety and store security policies during all stockroom operations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- 1–2 years of hands-on retail stock management or merchandise handling experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and prolonged standing.
- Reliable availability for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak periods.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant retail experience with direct responsibility for stockroom or inventory operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
