Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure shipments are received and processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor stock movements and enforce internal policies and procedures for receiving and dispatching merchandise
- Verify inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Provide support to sales advisors by retrieving requested items (sizes, styles) from the stockroom to the sales floor
- Participate in maintenance of the sales area, including visual merchandising standards and display upkeep
- Promote the Michael Kors brand and maintain high-quality customer service standards
