Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor inventory movements and enforce all internal policies and procedures related to receiving and shipping of goods
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage
- Provide full support to sales associates through movement of merchandise between stockroom and sales floor
- Ensure proper stock rotation and product availability for selling floor
- Contribute to visual merchandising, including display quality and maintenance
- Uphold Michael Kors brand standards and service quality in customer-facing areas
- Perform routine inventory audits and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or inventory management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to handle merchandise movement and lifting
