Role & Responsibilities
- Support stock-related tasks including deliveries, inventory control, and replenishment activities
- Collaborate with store colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to team success
- Maintain a strong presence in stock and on the sales floor, supporting the customer experience
- Process deliveries and transfers accurately and on schedule in accordance with brand guidelines
- Support inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and bi-annual audits, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Act swiftly on early signs of stock loss and communicate effectively with store leadership to minimize risk
- Partner with visual merchandising and store management teams to maintain brand presentation standards and optimize product assortment
- Assist in resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to drive store performance and meet sales targets
