Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom in a neat, organized and fully replenished state.
- Execute shipping, receiving and inventory-control protocols accurately and on time.
- Support the selling team by staging merchandise, processing transfers and facilitating quick replenishment to prioritise the customer experience.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to visual and cleanliness standards throughout the day.
- Drive omnichannel fulfilment by using company systems and tools to process ship-from-store, buy-online-pickup-in-store and returns operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Energetic, results-oriented and customer-service focused.
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel and climb stairs as required.
- Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale and basic inventory systems.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience supporting store operations and inventory control, preferably within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 19 per hour.
