Michael Kors seeks a Part‑time Stock Associate at MK Malaga Outlet - Pop Up, Malaga, Spain. Responsible for inventory control, deliveries and customer support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and interstore transfers in line with brand procedures.
- Execute regular cycle counts and support bi‑annual inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Replenish sales floor stock and collaborate with visual merchandising to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Monitor and report early signs of stock loss; support loss‑prevention initiatives and compliance.
- Support the customer experience by maintaining a visible presence on the floor when required and assisting with client enquiries.
- Communicate proactively with store leadership to drive store performance and achieve KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience in stockroom, inventory control or back‑of‑house retail operations.
- Solution‑oriented, team‑first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using retail technology to support sales and operational efficiency.
- Organised, able to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Skills
Experience
Previous hands‑on experience in stockroom, receiving or back‑of‑house retail operations is required; experience within luxury or premium retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or logistics certification is advantageous.
