Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and interstore transfers in line with brand procedures.
  • Execute regular cycle counts and support bi‑annual inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Replenish sales floor stock and collaborate with visual merchandising to uphold brand presentation standards.
  • Monitor and report early signs of stock loss; support loss‑prevention initiatives and compliance.
  • Support the customer experience by maintaining a visible presence on the floor when required and assisting with client enquiries.
  • Communicate proactively with store leadership to drive store performance and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in stockroom, inventory control or back‑of‑house retail operations.
  • Solution‑oriented, team‑first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using retail technology to support sales and operational efficiency.
  • Organised, able to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Experience
