Role & Responsibilities

  • Support all stock-related tasks including deliveries, inventory control, and merchandise replenishment to maintain operational efficiency
  • Process deliveries and transfers accurately and on time in compliance with brand guidelines and company procedures
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in bi-annual audits to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability
  • Monitor and report early signs of stock loss, working swiftly with store leadership to minimize shrinkage and risk
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and store management teams to maintain brand presentation standards and optimal product assortment
  • Support the customer experience by maintaining a strong presence on the floor and assisting with client concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with store management and team members to drive operational excellence and support business performance
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and key performance indicators through operational support and process optimization
