Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, adhering to brand visual and housekeeping standards.
- Execute shipping, receiving and returns protocols accurately, including unpacking, tagging and logging merchandise.
- Replenish product on the sales floor and support merchandising resets to preserve brand presentation.
- Support inventory controls and participate in stock counts and discrepancy investigations as required.
- Provide timely operational support to the selling team, prioritizing an exemplary customer experience.
- Drive omnichannel fulfilment by using store technology and retail platforms to process online orders, ship-from-store and reserve/hold requests.
Qualifications

Education
