Michael Kors seeks a Stock Associate in Lisbon, Portugal for part-time retail operations and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support stock-related tasks including deliveries, inventory control, and replenishment across store locations
- Process deliveries and transfers accurately and on time in accordance with brand guidelines
- Support inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and bi-annual audits, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Maintain a strong presence in stock and on the sales floor, supporting the customer experience and operational flow
- Assist in resolving client concerns with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Prioritize loss prevention and report concerns promptly to store leadership
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and store management teams to maintain brand presentation and optimal product assortment
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members to drive store performance and meet business targets
- Take ownership of performance and model company values and behaviors in all interactions

Skills
Experience
