Michael Kors is hiring a Part‑time Stock Associate in Lisbon (Freeport OL) — manage inventory, deliveries and replenishment while supporting the sales floor.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately record incoming deliveries and stock transfers in accordance with brand procedures.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, bi‑annual audits and timely discrepancy reporting.
  • Replenish sales floor stock promptly and collaborate with store and visual teams to uphold merchandising standards.
  • Prioritise loss prevention by identifying early signs of shrinkage and escalating issues to store leadership.
  • Support customer experience by maintaining a visible presence on the floor when required and assisting with client enquiries with empathy.
  • Contribute to store KPIs by executing operational tasks that enable sales performance and by sharing insights with management.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience in stock, warehouse or back‑of‑house retail operations.
  • Organised, solution‑oriented and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Comfortable using basic retail technology and stock management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable follow‑through on tasks.
  • Commitment to upholding brand presentation and customer service standards.
