Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and stock transfers in line with brand procedures.
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, bi-annual audits and timely discrepancy reporting.
- Replenish the sales floor and support merchandising teams to uphold visual presentation standards.
- Prioritise loss-prevention measures and escalate early signs of stock loss to store leadership.
- Support customer-facing activities when required, assisting clients and resolving basic queries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to drive operational efficiency and contribute to store KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stockroom, back-of-house or warehouse operations within retail.
- Organised, detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through on tasks.
- Solution-focused, team-first attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable using technology to support sales and inventory processes.

Experience
Experience working in stock or back-of-house retail operations is required; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail environments is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail/logistics is advantageous but not required.
