Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain neat, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom areas
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments against shipping documentation
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor according to inventory requirements
- Execute stockroom inventory procedures and participate in regular inventory counts
- Pack and arrange returns for defective items or overstock
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and fulfilling special orders
- Build and maintain client relationships through dedicated client book management
- Adhere to Point-of-Sale policies and execute register functions
- Observe proper safety procedures when handling and moving merchandise
- Report operational issues or discrepancies to store or stock management
- Maintain compliance with all store policies, attendance standards, and training requirements
Qualifications
- Retail and luxury retail experience required
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret invoices and packing slips
- Familiarity with inventory management software

- Able to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly
