Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and stock transfers in line with brand procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support bi-annual inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Replenish sales floor stock and collaborate with visual merchandising to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Monitor and prioritise loss-prevention measures; report discrepancies and early signs of stock loss to store leadership.
- Provide back-of-house support to the sales floor, assisting with customer needs and resolving client concerns with empathy.
- Communicate proactively with store management to support KPIs, share insights and optimise stock availability.
