Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom organization, ensuring merchandise is neat, replenished and presentation standards are upheld.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including unpacking, tagging, ticketing and accurate inventory processing.
- Perform stock-handling tasks with speed and attention to quality while demonstrating flexibility as business needs change.
- Sustain visual and cleanliness standards throughout the day to support brand presentation.
- Partner with the sales team to prioritize the customer experience and respond to operational needs.
- Support omnichannel sales by using available tools and technology to fulfill orders and facilitate inventory visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Energetic, results-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-service oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and technologically comfortable with point-of-sale and inventory processes.
- Flexible team player able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience
At least one year of retail or stockroom experience, including shipping/receiving, inventory handling or other back-of-house retail operations; prior exposure to omnichannel retail processes preferred.
