Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise in neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Manage stockroom inventory, organization, and safety protocols
- Execute daily stock, shipping, and receiving tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Process merchandise damages accurately and timely on a monthly basis
- Participate in periodic store inventories and cycle counts
- Comply with Point-of-Sale policies and execute all relevant register functions
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives to reflect brand standards
- Process deliveries in a timely manner and identify product concerns promptly
- Resolve client problems and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate store supply needs to management and support business objectives
- Participate in assigned training and development programs
- Adhere to work schedule with consistent time and attendance
Qualifications
