Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation
- Manage inventory maintenance, stock replenishment, and merchandise flow across selling floor and back-of-house
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including documentation, paperwork processing, and compliance with receiving policies
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems and execute register functions in accordance with company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve client complaints promptly, and build repeat clientele through client relationship management
- Maintain consistent attendance and adherence to assigned work schedule
- Complete assigned training, development seminars, and mandatory meetings as directed by store leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and merchandise presentation
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
