Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor in accordance with visual standards.
- Receive, unpack, inspect and process incoming shipments; complete all required shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Manage stockroom inventory and replenish floor merchandise accurately and promptly.
- Execute Point-of-Sale and register functions in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in scheduled inventories and assist with stock counts and reconciliation.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, time-and-attendance procedures, and participate in store training programs.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service when interacting with clients on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Reliable availability including weekends and peak season hours.
- Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, moving and organizing merchandise and cartons.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for inventory and register duties.
- Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to participate in store training.
- Clean legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or stockroom experience preferred; prior experience in a fast-paced retail environment or luxury brand is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
