Michael Kors seeks a Stock Associate to maintain and organize merchandise across the selling floor and stockroom. The role encompasses inventory management, stock receipt and shipping coordination, point-of-sale operations, and customer service. The incumbent will execute all relevant register functions, participate in inventory counts, and support the store team while maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
- Manage inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
- Execute stock, shipping, and receiving protocols according to company policies and complete all related paperwork
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Comply with all point-of-sale policies and execute register functions
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain consistent time and attendance
- Participate in training and development programs as directed by store management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client complaints effectively
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using client relationship tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and stock coordination
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Education
