The Stock Associate supports Michael Kors back-of-house operations, including deliveries, transfers, inventory control, replenishment and loss prevention, while contributing to customer service, sales targets and brand presentation. This is a temporary, seasonal, part-time role in Fidenza.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support stock-related tasks, including deliveries, inventory control, and replenishment.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to ensure smooth operations and team success.
- Take ownership of individual performance and model company values and behaviors.
- Uphold brand presentation standards respectfully and inclusively.
- Maintain a strong presence in the stockroom and on the sales floor to support the customer experience.
- Help resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the manager and team to drive store performance.
- Contribute to sales goals and KPIs through operational excellence.
- Share insights and support planning with the manager to meet business targets.
- Process deliveries and transfers accurately and on time, in line with brand guidelines.
- Support inventory integrity and control through regular counts, cycle counts, and bi-annual audits.
- Prioritize loss prevention, act swiftly on early signs of stock loss, and communicate concerns promptly to store leadership.
- Partner with visual merchandising and store teams to maintain brand presentation standards and ensure an optimal product assortment.
