Role & Responsibilities
- Support stock-related tasks including deliveries, inventory control, cycle counts, and merchandise replenishment
- Process all deliveries and stock transfers accurately and in accordance with brand guidelines
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain stock integrity through systematic monitoring and cycle counts
- Identify and report early signs of inventory shrinkage or loss, escalating concerns to store leadership promptly
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and store management teams to ensure brand presentation standards are maintained
- Assist customers on the sales floor when needed, supporting the customer experience with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve client concerns and communicate effectively with team members to drive operational and sales performance
- Partner with store colleagues to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through operational excellence
- Maintain a strong physical presence in stock areas and on the retail floor to support overall store operations
Qualifications
- Experience in stock, back-of-house operations, or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
