Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; ensure visual standards and cleanliness throughout the day.
- Execute shipping, receiving and inventory control procedures in accordance with company protocols.
- Process incoming merchandise, unpack, tag, and route stock to the sales floor or storage with speed and accuracy.
- Support selling teams by prioritizing customer experience while assisting with replenishment, pick-pack for omnichannel orders and returns.
- Utilize available store technologies and omnichannel tools to drive sales and fulfilment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Energetic, organized and able to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to support the sales team during peak periods.
- Comfortable using retail technology and adapting to omnichannel processes.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience, ideally within a fashion or luxury retail environment, with familiarity in receiving, replenishment and omnichannel fulfilment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, logistics or related fields is a plus.

This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 15 to CAD 16 per hour.
