Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the selling floor and merchandise in a neat, organized and fully stocked condition.
- Manage stockroom inventory and replenish the sales floor according to merchandising standards.
- Execute shipping and receiving procedures and complete all related paperwork accurately.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Comply with Point-of-Sale (POS) policies and accurately perform register functions.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, including time and attendance protocols.
- Attend and participate in store training, development seminars and team meetings as directed by store management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods and moving merchandise safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational aptitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Effective verbal communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience
Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred; experience with inventory counts, POS transactions and shipping/receiving procedures is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
