Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise organization, neatness, and inventory stock levels
- Assist in stockroom inventory maintenance and monitor merchandise across all areas
- Execute stock, shipping, and receiving protocols according to established policies and procedures, including related documentation
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale (POS) policies and procedures
- Properly execute all register functions and payment processing
- Adhere strictly to assigned work schedule, including time and attendance requirements
- Participate in all training, development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management
- Deliver highest-level customer service to all clients
- Build and maintain repeat clientele utilizing client book and relationship management practices
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and procedures
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock organization
