Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition against packing lists and invoices.
- Manage stockroom organization and replenishment to ensure a continuous, well-merchandised sales floor.
- Execute inventory control tasks including cycle counts, discrepancy reporting and collaborating with management on shrinkage prevention.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment by picking, packing and preparing online and in-store pickup orders in a timely manner.
- Assist sales floor with merchandising resets, visual directives and markdowns; support customer-facing activity when required.
- Operate point-of-sale equipment, handle transfers and returns, and maintain accurate transaction and stock records.
- Adhere to health & safety procedures and maintain a safe, efficient back-of-house environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, ideally with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse store team.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks: stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach and stoop.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrated exposure to inventory, stockroom operations or merchandising; prior experience in premium or luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
