Role & Responsibilities
- Support stock management and follow-up of all inventory-related tasks, including processing deliveries and managing inventory control cycles
- Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example and ensuring visual merchandising directives are implemented and executed effectively
- Collaborate with store management to ensure appropriate product assortment and work with visual merchandising teams on brand compliance
- Meet and exceed sales goals while holding self and team accountable for results; analyze reports and develop action plans with line management support
- Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following brand guidelines and maintain integrity of inventory through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts
- Prioritize loss prevention through early identification and quick action on discrepancies, communicating proactively with line management
- Support the team in resolving client problems and complaints while maintaining effective communication across store operations
- Demonstrate alignment with brand image and grooming standards; practice and model company behaviors using the behavior toolkit
