Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all back-of-house stock operations including receiving, processing deliveries and transfers in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain integrity of inventory through cycle counts and participation in bi-annual inventories.
  • Prioritise loss prevention: detect early indicators of shrinkage, take corrective action and escalate to the Line Manager.
  • Support the sales floor by replenishing merchandise, maintaining stock presence and ensuring product availability.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising to implement store VM directives and preserve on-floor presentation standards.
  • Analyse basic business reports with the line manager, communicate opportunities and support action plans to drive sales.
  • Provide frontline support for client issues and complaints, resolving problems or escalating appropriately.
  • Uphold brand image and grooming standards and role-model company behaviours as a Jet Set Ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail stockroom or back-of-house experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counting and loss-prevention practices.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and basic numeracy for stock reconciliation.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player with a client-service mindset.
  • Physically able to handle stock duties (lifting, moving merchandise) and flexible to retail schedules.
  • Solution-driven attitude with accountability for personal performance and store objectives.

Experience
