Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process deliveries and inter-store transfers in accordance with brand procedures.
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, bi-annual audits and accurate record-keeping.
- Replenish selling floor stock and collaborate with visual merchandising to preserve brand presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies and act promptly on early indicators of shrinkage or loss.
- Support the customer experience with a visible presence on the floor when required and assist in resolving client concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Contribute operational insights and data to support store KPIs and sales targets.

- Proven experience in stock, receiving or back-of-house retail operations.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.
- Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems to support operational efficiency.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced retail environment and adhere to loss-prevention protocols.
Experience
Previous hands-on experience in stockroom, receiving or inventory control within a retail environment, including processing deliveries, performing cycle counts and supporting loss-prevention measures.
Education
No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
