Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process deliveries and inter-store transfers in line with brand standards.
- Execute replenishment and stockroom merchandising to ensure optimal product availability on the shop floor.
- Perform regular cycle counts and support bi-annual inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Operate inventory systems, RF scanners and POS tools to record movements and support sales accuracy.
- Identify and report early signs of stock loss or shrinkage; support loss-prevention procedures.
- Partner with visual merchandising and store teams to maintain brand presentation and product assortment.
- Provide a visible, helpful presence on the shop floor as needed to support customer experience.
- Communicate performance insights and operational issues to store management to drive KPIs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stock, inventory or back-of-house retail operations; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Solution-oriented, team-first attitude with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Comfort with retail technology including POS and inventory scanning devices.
- Ability to remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours on a part-time schedule and perform regular physical tasks.

Experience
Previous experience in retail stock or back-of-house operations is required; prior experience in premium or luxury retail is advantageous.
