Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise in neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Manage inventory across stockroom and selling floor, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper placement
- Execute all receiving and shipping protocols with adherence to company procedures and documentation standards
- Conduct and participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale (POS) policies and procedures, executing relevant register functions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service, build and maintain repeat clientele through the client book system
- Address customer concerns and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Attend scheduled work shifts with consistent punctuality and reliability
- Participate in training programs, development seminars, and meetings directed by store management
