Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked selling floor and stock room.
- Execute shipping and receiving procedures in accordance with company protocols and loss-prevention policies.
- Perform stockroom tasks with speed and accuracy, including unpacking, ticketing and replenishment.
- Sustain visual standards and store cleanliness throughout the business day.
- Support the selling team with business priorities while preserving an excellent customer experience.
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available tools and technology to fulfil customer orders and queries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience.

- Technologically literate and organised; comfortable using retail systems and handheld devices.
